Don brings with him 35 years of residential and commercial real estate development and financing experience as a former Developer and General Contractor as well as a Private Lender and Investor in Real Estate Trust Deeds. Don oversees all operations of the Company and heads the Advisory Board to the President. |

Susan has had over thirty years of real estate experience and is currently in charge of all Investor-Client related issues. Susan is responsible for following up with Overland investors who request information regarding our trust deed investment products. Susan is the key person in assisting the President in the development of customer relationships, and carries the responsibility for the special handling and recruiting of potential real estate investors and borrowers. |

Senior Underwriter
Anait oversees all loan processing and underwriting for the Company. Anait is adding years of experience to the Company as a former Mortgage Loan Senior Underwriter and Quality Control Analyst with Countrywide Home Loans and WMC Mortgage. Anait’s experience arms the Company with priceless skills and knowledge enabling Overland to deliver superior products and services to our business partners and clients. |

Responsible for Overland’s Loan Servicing Department, Donna foresees the timely interest collection from Borrowers and negotiates work-out solutions when needed. Donna brings a high degree of mathematical and computer skills to Overland, and her detailed outlook with unlimited patience is critical in managing the loan servicing department. |

Lee holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Journalism and currently has a California Department of Real Estate license. Over the last 20 years, Lee managed and was a part owner in Valley Capital Group Mortgage Company, and has been involved in acquisitions, development, construction and sales of real estate properties. |
